WIDETICKET
Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: November 2, 2026
If we cannot supply your tickets
If WideTicket cannot provide the tickets purchased by the applicable delivery deadline, we refund the full amount paid for the affected tickets, including their WideTicket service and delivery charges. We may offer an alternative, but accepting it is your choice. A rise in the source price does not require you to pay more or accept a voucher.
Cancelled or rescheduled events
For an event cancelled without a replacement date, you may request a refund of the affected tickets and their WideTicket charges. For a postponement, change of venue or programme, we explain the organiser’s announced arrangements and the options that apply to your ticket. A rescheduled event does not automatically mean cancellation. Any additional mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.
If your plans change
Event tickets are normally non-refundable for a change of mind, inability to attend, travel disruption or no-show, unless the selected ticket expressly includes cancellation rights or applicable law requires otherwise. Attraction-specific cancellation deadlines shown before purchase take priority. We cannot promise resale or a name change unless expressly offered.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email support@wideticket.com from your order email, with the order number, affected tickets and reason. Include available evidence for a ticket or entry problem. We confirm the outcome and amount by email. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, not an unrelated card or account. We provide the processor’s reference and expected credit timeframe when available; your bank controls the final posting time. Refund requests do not remove your statutory rights or payment-dispute rights.
